- Possibility of sports programs, as the hotel has basketball, soccer and volleyball courts, and the wind breeze makes for ideal conditions for windsurfing of sailing. At the entrance, to the right, is a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
- One room with a french bed for two persons + a third bed (which can be either a pull-out sofa or a couch)
- In the same room is a table with three chairs, a mini kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, sink and a complete set of dishes, as well as a clothing closet.
- Terrace with a table and chairs.
BUNGALOW 2+2
- Bungalow type 2+2 has two rooms
- One room has a pull-out couch (for 2 persons), closet, table and four chairs, mini kitchen with refrigerator, sink and gas stove, complete set of dishes, etc.)
- The other (small) room has two beds, and a desk with chairs
- Bathroom with a shower and toilet
- Terrace with a table and four chairs.
In all the hotel complex Ruskamen has 450 beds, situated on an area of 40 acres, mostly covered by a pine forest, with all sleeping facilities located within 10-50 meters from the sea, and represents a truly ideal oasis of peace and relaxation. About
Located on the very seaside, surrounded by ancient pine forests and a beautiful 600 meter long pebble beach. The hotel is 7 kilometers away from the city of Omiš, going towards Makarska. It is connected to the city by a regular daily bus line and the hotels shuttle bus.
The hotel was completely refurnished in 2001., and according to the new categorization, holds two stars. It has 90 rooms with two beds, full comfort based on TWC, balcony, sea view, TV, SAT, telephone. Next to the hotel are 40 modern fully equipped apartments 2+2, with 42.85 m2 of space each, 18 bungalow type 2+1 with 23.50 m2 of space, and 20 bungalow type 2+2, with 30 m2 of space.
